Payment Info:

At this time, I can only take online payments via Paypal.  Paypal is quick, easy and secure and you do not need to sign up with Paypal in order to purchase with us.  Debit cards, credit cards and electronic checks are accepted.  All purchases will be shipped out after payment has been made.

All prices listed are for domestic orders (U.S and Canada) only. If you live outside the U.S or Canada, please send us an email with your request so that we can give you a shipping quote.  Once you approve the shipping, we will email you an invoice via paypal for payment.

Return Policy:

Once an item has been shipped out, no returns will be given.  Exchanges will gladly be given if you are unhappy with an item but you must email us within 5 days of receipt of your item to arrange for the exchange or shop credit.  Any postage fees are non-refundable and postage on returns are not reimbursed.

 

Shipping:

Shipping will be via the US Postal Service or UPS.  Please allow a week for in-stock items to be shipped out and 2-3 weeks for custom orders.  Once your order has been taken to UPS or the post office for deivery, your order is out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible for any losses.

However, we will provide you with a tracking number if shipped by UPS and a customs number (this is not a tracking number but will help to identify your package) if shipped outside of the U.S. 

For our international customers, if you haven't received your order within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us for the customs ID number for your package and check with your local post office and/or customs office to see if your package is being held there.  You will be have to pay for any custom and duty charges.
